​​Pastor having ministered to individuals with mental and physical disabilities, including depression, psychosis, schitzophrenia, bi-polar, ADHD and Alcohol and drug abuse. Founder, president and executive director of a street rescue mission to homeless people as well as a youth, solo, and associate pastor. Great interest has arisen from insight into neuro-science where Rev. White has found himself taking ADHD coaching classes to better understand and minister to the needs of those whom he ministers to who have ADHD. His desire is to create awareness and become an advcate for those living with ADHD and it's comorbidities.  However while taking course work he was intrigued by the nature of neuroscience and how much light is being shed on the validity of Scripture by advancement in neuroscience.  This is a beacon of hope and light, and now finds it becoming a major point of interest and influence in his ministry, so that those who suffer from various neurological disorders can better understand why they do what they do and in correlation with Scripture understand and live knowing "it is by grace through faith" that they have been saved. It is not based upon neurological wholeness, but rather God's grace in our brokenness.

 

Everybody needs a pastor, especially a pastor who understands. The church needs to better understand neurological/brain disorders to better minister to those in need.  Some people are cast aside because they do not respond or come along as quickly as others. They find themselves trapped in a cycle of ongoing sin, of course detrimental to their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.  The purpose of the Neuro-Pastor is to better understand these issues from what is being shed on them in neuroscience and applying them to ministry and to equip those with the various disorders to empower them to live in the grace bestowed upon them.  The Neuro-Pastor also endaevors to enlighten the Church to what science is confirming in Scritpure due to increasded technology and research.
